Ingredients
4 Drumsticks, cut into pieces
2 tbsp Butter
3 tsp Curry Powder
3 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
Marinade
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Egg
Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
200ml Evaporated Milk
Method
Mix chicken with marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and deep-fry marinated chicken until golden brown.
Dish and drain.
Melt butter in wok/pan, saute chopped garlic,curry leaves and curry powder until aromatic.
Add in fried chicken, seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed.
Dish up and serve.
