Creamy Curry Chicken




Ingredients
4 Drumsticks, cut into pieces
2 tbsp Butter
3 tsp Curry Powder
3 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 cloves Garlic, chopped

Marinade
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Egg

Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
200ml Evaporated Milk

Method
Mix chicken with marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and deep-fry marinated chicken until golden brown.
Dish and drain.
Melt butter in wok/pan, saute chopped garlic,curry leaves and curry powder until aromatic.
Add in fried chicken, seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed.
Dish up and serve.

Deep-fried Pork with Reddish Cheese



Ingredients
500gm Pork Belly, skinless

Marinade
2 pieces Reddish Cheese
1 no Egg
1/2 tsp Five Spices Powder
1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine (cooking wine)
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Tapioca Flour

Method
Cut pork belly into pieces and marinade for 30 minutes. Set aside.
Heat oil in wok and deep-fry the marinated pork until golden brown and crispy.
Dish out and drain well.
Serve.
