Long Beans Pancake

For almost a week, I had been craving pancakes with scallions and spring onions. Yesterday evening I was supposed to create a pandan chiffon cake, but owing to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to do so. I made the decision to visit the local stores for some spring onions because I had some additional time. Unfortunately, spring onions were unavailable at all supermarkets. Mom advised me to substitute long beans as a substitute. When I was younger, I recalled eating long bean Chinese pancakes for breakfast. Thanks for this beneficial article.
